I trained as a professional dancer and travelled as a performer to Asia. It was here I first discovered yoga and fell in love with the balance it offered to my otherwise high-energy lifestyle. I decided to train in 2009, and flew to Thailand for a month of intensive 200 hour Ashtanga Teacher Training. I began teaching straight away and found myself choosing to be more versatile and playful with my practice, and so started to incorporate more a Vinyasa flow approach – my favourite style.

During my first pregnancy I fell in love with yoga even more, and specialised in prenatal, postnatal and birth preparation yoga, as well as deepening my skills in Vinyasa flow by attending regular classes and taking CPD courses. I taught regular classes until the pandemic, and now after having my third baby, I’m ready to step back in to a studio again.

As a busy mum of three, I love that yoga offers me space to slow down and be present, while also moving my body, releasing stagnancy & building warmth to create strength and focus. In this hectic world we live in, I hope to bring to my classes moments of stillness to reflect and just be.

I love how yoga makes me feel internally, both physically and mentally, and it’s a pleasure to guide others to enjoy these benefits too.
