We’ve turned traditional yoga upside down by using suspended hammocks. The wide aerial sling supports your body weight as you move through traditional yoga poses. It helps you access postures and deep stretches in a more relaxed way. With the weight of your body supported, you can move through poses that would otherwise be restricted. You will notice increased muscle flexibility, improved joint mobility, cardiovascular conditioning and improved posture as well as providing you with a chance to fly!Book Now

A restorative class, Yin is the perfect compliment to the more dynamic (Yang) styles of yoga. The class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body-the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. A slow and deep practise it is great for people with injuries or those new to yoga. It facilitates the release of tension and blockages. It also reduces stress and encourages mindfulness.Book Now
Core Flow Yoga
Core Flow Yoga focuses on the importance on the core as the strength foundation of the body; working on the core helps maintain the entire body in strength, stability, and flexibility.
Working with stretching and strengthening with ‘Core Focussed’ movements in the first half of the class before moving onto a flow with an emphasis on moving within the asanas in a way to activate and work the core. As ever there is always an emphasis on joy within the class.
Renew and Restore
These classes are designed specifically to balance strength and flexibility. The classes are taught in a warm environment allowing greater flexibility and helping to flush out toxins in the body.
The whole class is designed around the breath. To start with we will move with the breath to get your blood pumping and energy flowing in the body leaving you energized, strengthening the body from the inside out. We then use the breath to come into deep stretches, twists and relaxation, opening the body easing aches and pains and leaving you fully relaxed, restored and renewed.Book Now
