At Very Yoga, all of our classes are thoughtfully designed to be accessible for everyone from complete beginners to those with an established practice. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or returning to the mat, our experienced teachers will guide you with care and offer plenty of options and modifications throughout. Vinyasa Yoga

BACK SOON!
We’ve turned traditional yoga upside down by using suspended hammocks. The wide aerial sling supports your body weight as you move through traditional yoga poses. It helps you access postures and deep stretches in a more relaxed way. With the weight of your body supported, you can move through poses that would otherwise be restricted. You will notice increased muscle flexibility, improved joint mobility, cardiovascular conditioning and improved posture as well as providing you with a chance to fly!
Pregnancy Yoga
Our pregnancy yoga classes in Reigate offer a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for mums on their journey from pregnancy through to birth and early motherhood. Designed to help you stay healthy, feel empowered, and prepare both physically and emotionally for labour, these prenatal yoga sessions include gentle movement, breath work, sound, and visualisation. Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative practice and the perfect complement to more dynamic (Yang) styles of yoga. In our Reigate studio, this gentle class features long-held, passive floor poses that target the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. Ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a slower pace, Yin Yoga helps to release physical tension, improve flexibility, and unblock stagnant energy. It is a calming practice that reduces stress, promotes mindfulness, and supports emotional balance.
Yoga Nidra is an immersive, powerful guided mediation which when practised can take you to a state between waking and sleeping. It is thought 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to 4 hours of sleep!
Power Yoga Flow
This fast-paced Vinyasa Flow class is designed to build strength, endurance, and mental focus. Moving seamlessly from one posture to the next, each movement is linked with the breath to create a strong, energising flow. With its dynamic pace, this class offers greater cardiovascular benefits than slower forms of yoga, while still promoting stress relief, calm, and mental clarity. These classes are designed specifically to balance strength and flexibility. The classes are taught in a warm environment allowing greater flexibility and helping to flush out toxins in the body.
The whole class is designed around the breath. To start with we will move with the breath to get your blood pumping and energy flowing in the body leaving you energized, strengthening the body from the inside out. We then use the breath to come into deep stretches, twists and relaxation, opening the body easing aches and pains and leaving you fully relaxed, restored and renewed.

Bikram Yoga is a system of 26 traditional hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated and humid room. Bikram Yoga is a hot yoga style, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 35–42 °C (95–108 °F) with a humidity of 40%.
All official Bikram classes are taught by Bikram-certified teachers, who have completed nine weeks of training endorsed by Bikram Choudhury.
This practice is incredibly therapeutic for mind and body, with huge benefits for students especially working with knee and back issues.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
All you need is something comfortable to move in, water and a towel if required – we’ve got everything else covered.
HOW DO I CHECK IN?
Arrive between five and 15 minutes before class, you can then check-in easily via the Ipad by the studio entrance. If you have any issues, the teacher will happily be able to assist.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE?
Even once a week can make a difference. Aim for two to three times if you can, but only do what you can, when you can – every bit counts!
CAN I DO YOGA WHILE I AM PREGNANT?
If you are pregnant, check with your doctor or health professional before starting yoga.
Yoga is safe during pregnancy with the right modifications. We recommend joining our dedicated pregnancy yoga classes for the best support.
HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
You can book via the website or alternatively you can book via the Mindbody app. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We request a minimum of 12 hours notice if you wish to cancel.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
You can park at Morrinsons for 2 hours free parking. It is only a few minutes walk away from the studio.
ARE THE REFORMER PILATES, MAT PILATES AND YOGA STUDIO AT THE SAME PLACE?
All 3 of our studios are based on Reigate High Street. We have split levels depending on which class you are after. Yoga is on the first floor with Pilates upstairs.
