New To Yoga?
We welcome all levels of Yogi including those totally new to the practice...
We recommend if you are new or returning to Yoga you start with one of the below classes:
Monday - Warm Energising Flow 6pm - 7pm
Tuesday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 10am - 11am
Wednesday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 7am - 8am
Warm Renew and Restore 8.15pm - 9.15pm
Thursday - Warm Renew and Restore 8.15pm - 9.15pm
Friday - Warm Gentle Flow 12.15pm - 1.15pm
Saturday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 9am - 10am
Warm Slow Daoist Flow 10am - 11am
Sunday - Warm Energising Flow 9.45am - 10.45am
We do not recommend the Warm Strong Vinyasa Flow or Power Yoga to people totally new to yoga.
All of our other classes are open level so suitable for all and adjustments will be offered for beginners so you are able to work up to these fairly quickly especially if you take part in other exercise. Please do not be put off by feeling inflexible, unfit or nervous - we are a really welcoming bunch and every starts somewhere!
