New To Yoga?
We welcome all levels of Yogi including those totally new to the practice...
We recommend if you are new or returning to Yoga you start with one of the below classes:
Monday - Cardio Yoga 6pm - 7pm
Tuesday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 9.15am - 10.15am
Wednesday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 7am - 8am
Vinyasa Flow 7pm - 8pm
Warm Renew and Restore 8pm - 9.15pm
Thursday - Warm Vinyasa 10am - 11am
Warm Renew and Restore 8.15pm - 9.15pm
Friday - Warm Vinyasa 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Saturday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 9am - 10am
HOT60 10.30am - 11.30am
Sunday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 9.30am - 10.30am
We do not recommend the Warm Yogasana or Bikram class to people totally new to Yoga.
