I was initially drawn to yoga for the physical exercise, but what I fell in love with was the mind and body connection that yoga gives. I loved the moving meditation that I found through a flow practice. Movement and meditation became intertwined. Now I have been practising yoga for over twenty years and teaching for twelve, a 250hr teacher with training in pre and post natal yoga.

I love sharing how yoga can help transform our lives. From building trust and confidence within yourself as you move through pregnancy, to rebuilding strength and the connection with yourself postnatally and beyond. My classes take you on a journey, one of arrival, of grounding and connecting, unwinding with meditation and breathing, to mindful yoga flows which build to leave you feeling strong, energised, nourished and restored.

Yoga has allowed me to find space and strength both mentally and physically, where before I didn’t think I had any. Join me for some nourishing movement, which will allow you to unwind, to find balance and leave you feeling nurtured in your body, mind and soul.
