My love for yoga and the power of the body, inspired me to become a teacher and help others ignite their own excitement and expression. An out of balance lifestyle and eagerness to break away from the constrains of western society, lead me to South India to complete my first teacher training. Since then I have been training under Clare Madelena and Nadia Narrin and completing their post natal and pregnancy / preparation to birth teacher training as well as continuing to develop more dynamic courses.
My strengths lie in creative sequencing that challenges and surprises students. My style is dynamic yet nurturing. I hope that practitioners will leave the class feeling strong, uplifted and inspired to learn more about themselves whilst on the mat. As well as asanas and lots of play, we touch on pranayama, yoga philosophy and meditation techniques.
The space I create is always welcoming to all levels and I encourage students to not take themselves too seriously, but to work towards creating space within their postures and deep within.
As well as teaching, I’m a Producer at a creative agency. I truly believe that balance in lifestyle and relationships can bring genuine happiness. My compassion and understanding for practitioners that are looking for this balance, is where I can relate the most.
