I’ve always had a passion for movement and been curious as to how dynamic movement has the ability to change ones feelings and outlook on current situations. I was initially attracted to Yoga solely for the physical benefits that the practice has to offer, however, after many years of practicing Yoga I have become amazed by not only my physical strength but my mental growth.
Yoga has taught me so much about myself and who I am as a person. I have a deep interest in Positive Psychology and my weekly classes are infused with the concept of growth mindset and the power of the word “yet”. My class involves intelligent, thoughtful sequencing with some extracts of Power Yoga infused with mindful breathing. My class caters to all levels who enjoy a challenge and is not afraid to be curious.
