As a dancer and gymnast from a young age, I’ve always been drawn to choreographed and creative movement. Dance, in particular, was something I turned to in both moments of darkness and times of self-expression. I first discovered yoga during lockdown as a way to care for myself amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic. While I initially loved the physical practice, it was the philosophy and mindful aspects that resonated with me on a deeper level. Yoga quickly became more than just a way to move – it became a space to breathe, reset, and reconnect, something I hadn’t done much of before.

What I love most about yoga is its ability to meet you exactly where you are. It has taught me acceptance, peace, and self-love, and as a teacher, I hope to share that wisdom. I strive to create a cosy, welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you come for connection, mindful movement, or a moment of stillness to simply be, my classes are a space for you to arrive exactly as you are and take whatever you need.

Favourite things: My dog, being on my yoga mat, oat lattes, self-help books, exploring new places, sunshine, and spending time with my favourite people.

Favourite posture: Wild thing! It makes me feel so powerful and feminine at the same time.
