We created Very Yoga in 2018 with one clear intention: to serve our Reigate community through yoga. Now, we’re ready to grow our impact.

The Very Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is designed for those who want to deepen their personal practice or step into the role of teacher. This training is both rooted in tradition and relevant to modern life. By training new teachers, we aim to create a ripple effect of transformation, locally and beyond.

Meet Victoria

I first discovered yoga in my early twenties as a way to support my running. After each class, I felt like I had stretched and awakened every muscle in my body — it was exactly what I needed.

At first, I was drawn in by the physical practice (and the heat!), but over time I began to explore yoga more deeply. My practice opened up, and I started to notice the benefits not just physically, but also mentally – that post-class feeling of calm and clarity is what keeps me coming back.

When we started Very Yoga, I could never have imagined what it would become. The studio has grown into something beyond our expectations, with a community that is truly at the heart of everything we do. In leading teacher training, I’m excited to bring this balance of strength, curiosity, and community into the experience  helping future teachers not only understand the physical practice but also discover how yoga can shape into a career and lifestyle.

Meet Adriana

I am passionate about helping others bring balance into their daily lives and guiding them toward a deeper connection with themselves. My teaching style is rooted in a slow, accessible pace that creates space for students to build mobility, strength, and endurance while cultivating mindfulness.

In leading this teacher training, I will bring the same approach  breaking down poses with clarity, offering modifications to meet each body where it is, and emphasising the importance of breath, alignment, and self-awareness. Together, we’ll explore not only the physical practice but also how to hold space for others, sequence with intention, and guide students toward the deeply restorative rest that makes yoga transformative.

A Note From Our Teachers

When we opened Very Yoga in 2018, our mission was simple: to serve our community through the power of yoga. Over the past seven years, we've offered support to those in need, partnered with mental health charities, and hosted events that bring people together. Now, through our teacher training, we want to deepen that impact. We believe that training new teachers means sharing yoga in even more meaningful ways - creating real, lasting change not just in our studio, but throughout Reigate and beyond."

Victoria CappellaFounder & Teacher

As a teacher, I honour the ancient roots of yoga while embracing what modern science teaches us about the body, mind, and heart. Our training is a bridge between tradition and innovation, discipline and inquiry, structure and creativity. We guide students to understand yoga as both a spiritual path and a practical science for well-being. Through self-exploration, safe alignment, and philosophical depth, we empower future teachers to find their own voice, teach with integrity, and serve with compassion."
