We welcome all levels of Yogi including those totally new to the practice...
We recommend if you are new or returning to Yoga you start with one of the below classes:
If you are completely new to Yoga we would recommend you attend one of beginners classes to get to grip with the basics! Our classes will run as follows:
Monday 9.30am - 10.30am
Thursday 7.15pm - 8.15pm
If are have practised some yoga previously but are still relatively new - these are the classes we recommend:
Monday - Gentle Flow 1pm - 2pm & Warm Energising Flow 6pm - 7pm
Tuesday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 10am - 11am
Bikram 7.45pm - 8.45pm
Wednesday - Warm Renew and Restore 12pm - 1pm
Warm Energising Hatha Flow 7pm - 8pm
Warm Yin 8.15pm - 9.15pm
Friday - Warm Gentle Flow 12.15pm - 1.15pm
Warm Vinyasa Flow 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Saturday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 8am - 9am
Sunday Warm Vinyasa Flow - 8am - 9am
Breathwork/ Warm Hatha (they alternate each week) 10.30am - 11.30am
We do not recommend the Warm Yogasana or Power Yoga to people totally new to yoga.
All of our other classes are open level so suitable for all and adjustments will be offered for beginners so you are able to work up to these fairly quickly especially if you take part in other exercise. Please do not be put off by feeling inflexible, unfit or nervous - we are a really welcoming bunch and every starts somewhere!
