Reaching a point where I needed balance in my life, after working in fashion for some years, I found my body and mind craved something more than what it had. I started yoga as a way to destress and I wasn’t prepared for the life change it would bring. I instantly fell in love with the way it made me feel, and what started as a form of exercise for me soon developed into so much more and went on to change my life.
Teaching has enabled me to share this practice and my passion with others and I hope to guide my students through all aspects of this wonderful practice.
My class is strong and dynamic. We focus on linking movement with the breath. Creating heat in the body as we move, detoxifying and cleansing. We work on strengthening and increasing flexibility so that both will support each other. Be prepared to work hard but leave feeling energised and relaxed.
