Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
We require a minimum commitment of 3 months from the start date of any membership.
To terminate your membership after the minimum period, you must provide at least 1 month’s written notice before your next billing date. Where notice is received after the billing date, cancellation takes effect the following billing cycle.
If shorter notice is given, your final month’s billing will still be incurred as a notice period payment.
Requests to pause or freeze your membership must be submitted in advance and in writing. Freezes are assessed on a case-by-case basis (e.g. long-term illness, injury, extended travel) and are not automatically guaranteed.
Membership fees are reviewed periodically. We will provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice of any pricing changes.
Multi-site memberships: If your membership includes access to more than one Very Studios location, this will be specified in your membership agreement. Single-studio memberships are not valid at other sites without our prior written agreement.
