• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• We require a minimum commitment of 3 months from the start date of any membership.
• To terminate your membership after the minimum period, you must provide at least 1 month’s written notice before your next billing date. Where notice is received after the billing date, cancellation takes effect the following billing cycle.
• If shorter notice is given, your final month’s billing will still be incurred as a notice period payment.
• Requests to pause or freeze your membership must be submitted in advance and in writing. Freezes are assessed on a case-by-case basis (e.g. long-term illness, injury, extended travel) and are not automatically guaranteed.
• Membership fees are reviewed periodically. We will provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice of any pricing changes.
• Multi-site memberships: If your membership includes access to more than one Very Studios location, this will be specified in your membership agreement. Single-studio memberships are not valid at other sites without our prior written agreement.
