Breathe. Balance. Awaken.
A safe, calming space to reconnect with your body, awaken your energy, gently relax the nervous system and quiet the mind. My classes are mindful, breath-led Hatha flows that move between energising and grounding. We begin with grounding relaxation and breathwork, gently warming the body before moving into invigorating flow, then easing into slower grounding postures and stillness. Together we move, breathe, pause and tune into the present moment with love
and gratitude. ❤
Come as you are.

What got you into yoga? I used to make films, now I teach yoga! Surprisingly, there are a lot of transferable skills. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, from gymnastics and snowboarding to all types of yoga. About eight years ago I began meditating more regularly, took a course in Transcendental Meditation, and started a journey that I’m still very much on today.
That journey inspired me to complete my 200-hour teacher training in the Sivananda tradition of Hatha Yoga, a lineage known for its classical and holistic approach to Yoga. The philosophy resonated with every cell of me, it seemed to answer so many questions I’d been asking my whole life!
Since then, I’ve trained in Mandala Elemental Flow, inspired by the elements and chakra system; Embodied Asana, integrating traditional yogic wisdom with modern science and somatic awareness and most recently Yin Yoga.
I’m fascinated by how neuroscience is
beginning to explain what yogis have known for centuries.
As a former filmmaker, I love bringing yoga philosophy to life through breath, movement and awareness inviting people to be present with their experience.

My intention is to create a safe, welcoming and relaxing space where your nervous system can begin to unwind, your body can move freely, your mind can begin to settle, and you can reconnect with yourself.
I hope to inspire a practice that supports strength, mobility and flexibility for years to come, both on and off the mat.
I have two incredible free-spirited daughters who remind me every day to try and stay present, patient and curious. ❤
