My yoga journey started when I was 16. I initially turned to practice as a way to cope with exam stress, and it quickly became a special activity to share with my mum, who is also a massive yoga lover! What started as a tool for calm quickly turned into a lifelong passion.
When it comes to my classes, expect a space that is fun, personable, and never too serious. I love keeping things lighthearted, and I’m always down to have a little chat, break down a pose, or figure out the best way to make a posture work for your unique body. We’re here to feel good and have a laugh along the way!
Off the mat, you can usually find me chasing the sunshine, heading down to the sea, checking out the latest astrology readings, or spending quality time with my favourite friends and family.
Favourite things: Astrology, the sea, sunshine, and any time spent with friends and family.
Favourite posture: Pigeon or Camel pose (I love a good opener!).
What got you into yoga first: Managing exam stress at 16, and wanting something to share with my mum.
What your classes are like: Fun, welcoming, and relaxed. Always interactive and full of good vibes!
