My love for yoga has been around for a long time, but when I moved to Sydney 2 years ago that passion evolved and grew and set me on the path to complete my teacher training in Bondi.
I have a deep motivation to share what I have learnt and to help others find more light, energy and confidence through the practice, just as I did. I lead classes with warmth, kindness and support and create space for people to open up and release. I often couple the flow with a focus on the breath and guide students to use their inhales and exhales to go deeper into postures and to find a beautiful moving meditation style flow.
My intention in every class is to create a sequence that includes fluid movements, relaxation, intention and the odd challenging pose to drive focus and add some fun to the flow!
