I am a positive, openhearted, playful teacher who loves openly & lives with a sense of joy in my step. My philosophy is to “Breathe, Move & Be Happy” and this shapes my classes; which are Ashtanga & Yin inspired. I design flows created to nourish, challenge & appeal to all levels of ability. With a degree in physical theatre & a huge appetite for connecting with others on & off the mat, when I’m not  juggling type 1 diabetes, cycling on the roads or doing yoga outside, catch me on the mat to ‘get out of your head and into your body’ & expect a good dose of fun & reality along the way.
