We recommend if you are new or returning to Yoga you start with one of the below classes:
If you are completely new to Yoga we would recommend you attend one of our 5 week beginners courses to get to grip with the basics! Our next courses are:

23rd Feb, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd Mar
If are have practised some yoga previously but are still relatively new - these are the classes we recommend:
Monday - Gentle Flow 1pm - 2pm & Warm Energising Flow 5.45pm - 6.45pm
Wednesday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 7am - 8am & 10am - 11am
Warm Energising Hatha Flow 7pm - 8pm
Warm Renew and Restore 8.15pm - 9.15pm
Friday - Warm Gentle Flow 12.15pm - 1.15pm
Saturday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 10.30am - 11.30am
Sunday - Warm Vinyasa Flow 9.15am - 10.15am
We do not recommend the Warm Yogasana or Power Yoga to people totally new to yoga.
All of our other classes are open level so suitable for all and adjustments will be offered for beginners so you are able to work up to these fairly quickly especially if you take part in other exercise. Please do not be put off by feeling inflexible, unfit or nervous - we are a really welcoming bunch and every starts somewhere!
